When Paul Revere shouted " THE BRITISH are COMING! THE BRITISH are COMING !"

The conservatives said, "Great !, maybe "they"
can shut that loud-mouth up!

There's no doubt that Barack Obama is a fantastic orator and stirring speaker. I'm not convinced that in the long haul, that is what will sustain long-term economic development or national security. I enjoy call-and-response sermons as much as the next person; but feeling motivated doesn't pay the grocery bill, or the car insurance, or the light and heat bill.

The liberal illuminati sometimes appear to be under the impression that middle America has never heard a sermon before. In fact, many middle Americans have done more so than the coasts. Therefore, we can appreciate it; we can enjoy it; and we can recognize it for what it is - a Sunday sermon.

Now: what about Monday?

Pep rallies work for a while, but change requires substance. There is none of that here.
