		<description>I guess I should read Obama's web site, but doesn't public financing also offer some regulation?  It seems that Obama wants to pull out of regulation. Voters are supposed to simply trust his campaign's information on donations.</description>

Promise made. Promise broken.

Everyone has a million justifications for breaking promises and commitments, but most of the time they all boil down to it being convenient and beneficial for the one going back on their word to do so.

That Obama supporters are willing to aid and abet Obama in making the kind of decision they will generally quite happily turn around and scream loudly about when Bush and Co. do precisely the same thing is frustrating. Particularly for this Democrat who wants nothing more than to see Bush and all of his taint gone.

And don't even get me started about the truly frightening moves Obama has made regarding FISA, for which there is really no justification at all to temper the nausea it inspires.</description>
