 Thanks for helping out with this too -- your interview is fantastic.

 You are generally right: getting the interview is pretty traditional. Some of the interviews were networked in preperation (three or four people sharing links, talking etc), but the majority of them were one-on-one. That's just the nature of the interview perhaps.

But it is what we are going to do with those interviews that I hope will be interesting.
