Sure seemed like it. The message boards over at the Mountain Goats site can probably tell you for sure! Are you sure this lineup is on for the full tour and wasn't just a Bay Area special? A full-band treatment of "See America Right" on the Tallahassee tour is one of my all-time favorite live music moments---had The Mountain Goats turned into The Talking Heads?---so this sounds pretty awesome.
