Anything Szechuan is my type of food. I really like the less-breaded type of chicken than the deep fried alternatives like Genreal Tso's.

Szechuan food is delicious, and with the large chinese population of ney york, there's never a shortage of good Szechuan restaurants to visit. Trouble is, with all that choice I sometimes lack the motivation to be bothered to go home and cook some myself.

I do enjoy cooking, as we have the freedom to swap ghee for olive oil and the less healthy for the more healthy ingredients..but then it never turns out the same.

Once in a while it's better to just get take out or visit a good restaurant instead. It's certainly easier ;)

Thanks for the cookibook link though, certainly sounds interesting!
